Property List definition

Property List means the list of real properties certified to Lender in the Officer’s Certificate.
Property List means that certain list attached hereto as Schedule “3.0,” and incorporated herein by reference, which list shall identify each Improved Parcel (and the corresponding Shopping Center comprising such Improved Parcel), and that portion of the Purchase Price applicable to each Improved Parcel.
