  • Any Updated Requirements shall become effective upon the latter of: (1) the date specified in the e-mail notice, or (2) the sixth business day after receipt of the Update Notice by the Property Management Representative and Manager has not provided Owner with notice that any Updated Requirements are Material Updated Requirements.
