Property Pool definition

Property Pool means, collectively, as of any date, the Financed Properties constituting Collateral as of such date.
Property Pool means all of the Properties from time to time serving as security for the Loan.
Property Pool means each of the twelve (12) pools of Properties, into which the Properties are divided and which are identified by Property Pool identification number on the Property Schedule. Each such pool of Properties shall be subject to a separate and independent Master Agreement(2). The First Property Group consists of four (4) Property Pools and the Second Property Group consists of eight (8) Property Pools.

  • To the extent that such percentage limitation is exceeded, such Qualifying Unencumbered Properties shall still be included in the calculations of Unencumbered Property Pool Value and of Adjusted Unencumbered Property Pool NOI, but the amounts so contributed to Unencumbered Property Pool Value and Adjusted Unencumbered Property Pool NOI shall be reduced to the extent necessary to comply with such percentage limitation.
