Proposed Act definition

Proposed Act has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.7B(iv)(g).
Proposed Act means a document that is proposed for consideration by the General Council.
Proposed Act shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.15(e).

  • If passed, the Proposed Act could be construed to be effective on November 4, 1998 unless stayed by a court.
