Proposed District definition

Proposed District is defined in Section 8.6.
Proposed District means a district which may be formed pursuant to this election which is not yet identified by a tax authority code in the County Assessor’s database.

Examples of Proposed District in a sentence

  • Proposed District policy additions and/or revisions will be furnished to the Association before the Board meeting at which the first reading is anticipated.

  • The party receiving any notice or other information relating to the Proposed District shall promptly advise the other party in writing of such receipt.

  • If the Proposed District is ultimately formed and affects the Premises, Lessee may pay any resulting bonds over the maximum period allowed by law, and shall be liable only for any installments that become due during the Term.

  • Subject to Section 32 hereof, the parties hereby irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any objection which they may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any such dispute brought in such court or any defense of inconvenient forum for the maintenance of such dispute.

  • If the Proposed District is ultimately formed and affects the Premises, such assessments shall be included in Taxes for all purposes of this Lease, provided Lessee may pay any resulting assessments over the maximum period allowed by law, and shall be liable only for any installments that become due during the Term.
