Proposed Expansion definition

Proposed Expansion means a third solid fuel fired electric generating unit to be built on the Owned Property that would have a generating capacity of approximately 600 megawatts, which Sempra Generation currently plans to develop and construct.
Proposed Expansion means the proposed expansion of the Mohegan Sun ------------------ generally consisting of a hotel with approximately 1500 hotel rooms, approximately 9 new restaurants and lounges, approximately 100,000 square feet of additional gaming space, approximately 100,000 square feet of convention space, and an entertainment event center with seating for approximately 10,000, and approximately 300,000 square feet of additional retail space, in a manner consistent with the Plan and Budget.
Proposed Expansion has the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the consent of the Requisite Lenders thereunder, PROVIDED THAT in the event that the Loan Agreement is terminated, "Proposed Expansion" means the proposed expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel with the amenities described on Exhibit C hereto or amenities which are not materially different therefrom. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no amendment to such definition which materially changes the requirements set forth on Exhibit C shall affect or modify the rights and remedies of the Trustee under this Agreement without its prior written consent.

  • All applications for Permits existing or filed on or before the Closing Date related to the Proposed Expansion or the Facility (“Permit Applications”), to the extent transferable.

Proposed Expansion means the proposed expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel with the amenities described on Exhibit C hereto or amenities which are not materially different therefrom. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no amendment to such definition which materially changes the requirements set forth on Exhibit C shall affect or modify the rights and remedies of the Trustee under this Agreement without its prior written consent.
Proposed Expansion means the proposed expansion/renovation of the Hard Rock Hotel facility consisting of the expansion of its banquet facilities, the expansion of its parking facilities, the expansion of a nightclub on the Property, the development of a mega high roller suite and other capital improvements.
Proposed Expansion means the proposed expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel facility consisting of not less than 290 rooms, swimming pool enhancements, three restaurants, a five story parking structure (providing for not less than 1000 parking spaces and a net increase of not less than 400 parking spaces at the Project Site), a conference center, and including without limitation the amenities described on Schedule 1.1A, together with related furnishings and equipment.
