Proposed Improvement means any Improvement that has not yet been constructed, installed, or erected and includes demolition or removal of any building, or other structure and also includes any change of the exterior appearance of a Home or other Existing Improvement.

Examples of Proposed Improvement in a sentence

  • If the Improvement Right of First Refusal is declined by the other Party, then the Improving Party will be able to perform the Proposed Improvement Project for improvements independently provided that it grants the licenses related to such improvements to the producing entity as set forth in Section 6.3(b) and 6.5(b) and to the other Party if applicable as set forth in Section 6.3(b).

  • In the event that the other Party provides no notice or declines in writing during the said 60 period, the Improving Party shall thereafter be free to engage in the Proposed Improvement Project either alone or with one or more Third Parties.
