Proposed Maintenance Plan has the meaning given in clause 8.1(a). Receipt Date has the meaning given to it in clause 30.2(a)(i).
Proposed Maintenance Plan has the meaning given in clause 8.1(a). Quarter means a period of 3 consecutive Months commencing on the first day of each of the Months of January, April, July and October.
