Proposed Partner definition

Proposed Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.5(a).
Proposed Partner means, where there is more than one Applicant signing this Agreement, the entity (which may exist, or may be incorporated during the Contract Letting Process) that the Applicants propose will hold a controlling interest in the joint venture entity set up by the Secretary of State to deliver services currently delivered by VCA if the Applicants are selected to do so;

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
