The aggregate principal amount of the Notes specified in such Purchase Notice shall be purchased by the Company, or such Affiliate or Institutional Investor, for the Proposed Purchase Price, together with accrued interest on such Notes to the purchase date, on the date specified by the Company in such Purchase Notice, which shall be not more than 30 days following delivery of such Purchase Notice.
The Organization must review and accept the Proposed Purchase Price before proceeding with delivering any Product to Buyer.
Should Organization proceed to deliver the Product to Buyer, the Organization will be deemed to have accepted the Proposed Purchase Price.
The Proposed Purchase Price is applicable only to the nominated FUNDrive event, and the Purchase Price for all future events will be subject to change, in accordance with the procedure outlined in this Agreement.
