Proprietary Identifier definition
Proprietary Identifier means the name of a Member or its Affiliates or employees, or any trade name, trademark, trade device, logo, service ▇▇▇▇, symbol or abbreviation, contraction or simulation thereof.
Proprietary Identifier shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12(a)(i).
