Proprietor/ Owner definition
Proprietor/ Owner means - the person who is the actual owner of the land on which the Apartment building is to be constructed and has the right, title and interest over the proposed land and it also includes the successor and legal heirs of the owner of land. If the land owner is State Government/ Government of India/ public undertaking/ Co-operative society/ Trust etc., the concerned authority shall be termed as Proprietors / Owners.
