Proration Policy definition

Proration Policy means this document that is the official written description of the process by which Carrier will allocate Capacity on its common carrier pipelines in an equitable manner to all Shippers when Nominations on any segment of the pipeline system exceed the Capacity of that segment.

Proration Policy means the proration policy set forth in Item 8.

Proration Policy means the rules and procedures detailed in Item 85 of this tariff, as it may be amended from time to time.

• A copy of Carrier’s Proration Policy is on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

• OFFERS IN EXCESS OF FACILITIES:If Crude Petroleum is nominated to Carrier for transportation in excess of the amount that can be immediately transported, Carrier shall apportion capacity among all Shippers in accordance with Carrier’s Proration Policy titled Centurion Pipeline L.P. Cline Shale Pipeline System Pipeline Proration Policy dated October 21, 2014.

• The Throughput Forecast Form may be found on the Company’s webpage under “Shipper Forms.” In addition, Shipper documentation must include current financial statements, most current interim financial statements, acceptable bank and trade references to reflect creditworthiness and executed agreement not to violate the Explorer Proration Policy.

• In no event will an allocation to a Shipper be used in such a manner that will enhance the allocation of another Shipper beyond the allocation that such Shipper would be entitled to under this Proration Policy.

• A Priority Service Shipper’s Nominations in excess of its Priority Service Volumes during such prorationing will be subject to the prorationing procedures set forth in the Carrier’s Proration Policy and will be charged the uncommitted rate.
