Prospective Candidate definition

Prospective Candidate means a person who submits nomination papers to run as an official Party candidate;
Prospective Candidate means an individual or group of individuals who have expressed an interest in running in a USC Election, regardless of having submitted a Declaration of Candidacy. One shall be considered a prospective candidate up until the moment one submits a valid nomination form.
Prospective Candidate means a person who is considering whether to seek the leadership of the Party.
