Prospective Licensee means a person who is permitted to operate a community health facility under section 16 pending a decision of the executive officer as to whether to issue a licence; (“titulaire éventuel d’un permis”)

• Within thirty (30) days of receipt of written request from Grantor, Grantee shall provide a copy of the initial agreement between Grantee and a Prospective Licensee, redacted to reflect only the financial terms of such agreement and to conform with any confidentiality agreements between Grantee and the Prospective Licensee.

Prospective Licensee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

Prospective Licensee means a person or corporation referred to the Licensor by the Agent and who has reasonably indicated an interest in entering into an Agreement with the Licensor and becoming a Licensee;
