Protected agreement definition

Protected agreement means any of the following:
Protected agreement means: (A) A record evidencing indebtedness and any related agreement in effect on or after July 1, 2017; (B) an agreement that is binding on a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company on or after July 1, 2017; (C) the organizational documents of a limited liability company in effect on or after July 1, 2017; or (D) an agreement that is binding on any of the members or managers of a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company on or after July 1, 2017.
Protected agreement means (A) a record evidencing indebtedness and any related agreement in effect on or after [October 1, 2011] January 1, 2014; (B) an agreement that is binding on an entity on or after [October 1, 2011] January 1, 2014; (C) the organic rules of an entity in effect on or after [October 1, 2011] January 1, 2014; or (D) an agreement that is binding on any of the governors or interest holders of an entity on or after [October 1, 2011] January 1, 2014.
