Protected Amount Per Share definition
Protected Amount Per Share has the meaning provided in Section 2.6(e).
Protected Amount Per Share on any day and with respect to each Class of Shares on a per share basis means the greater of (i) the NAV Per Share of such Class of Shares as of the close of business on the Effective Date and (ii) the then current Protected High NAV.
Protected Amount Per Share with respect to each Class of Shares on a per share basis means: (1) for each remaining Semi-Annual Distribution, 4.125% of the Original NAV Per Share; and (2) for the Maturity Distribution, 17.5% of the Original NAV Per Share; in each case as such Protected Amount Per Share may be periodically reduced in accordance with Section 2.5(b).
