Protection Period definition

Protection Period means the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and ending on the last day of the 24th calendar month following the Change in Control Date.
Protection Period means the period beginning on the date of the occurrence of a Change in Control and ending 12 months following the occurrence of a Change in Control.

More Definitions of Protection Period

Protection Period means the two (2) year period commencing on the Change in Control and ending on the second anniversary of the Change in Control.
