  • Other than as disclosed in the Provided Reports or in any environmental report ordered or obtained by or on behalf of Purchaser (all such reports, collectively with the Provided Reports, the “Existing Reports”), no Seller has received any written notice from any governmental body or agency of any material violation or alleged material violation of any applicable law with respect to Hazardous Materials (as hereinafter defined) on such Seller’s Property.
