Provider App definition

Provider App means, in relation to delivery providers, the mobile application licensed to you by Uber that enables delivery providers to access the Uber Services for the purpose of seeking, receiving and fulfilling on-demand requests for delivery services by Users, as may be updated or modified by Uber from time to time.
Provider App means the mobile application provided by (or under an agreement with) Portier Pacific that enables delivery providers to access the Uber Services for the purpose of seeking, receiving and fulfilling on-demand requests for delivery services by Users, as may be updated or modified from time to time.
Provider App means an App the Client may download at the App Store or Google Play, which provides the Client’s providers a subset of capabilities to document patient care using their smartphone.

Examples of Provider App in a sentence

  • When the Provider App is active, User requests for Delivery Services may appear to you via the Provider App if you are available and in the vicinity of the User.

  • Continued use of the Uber Services or Provider App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that: (a) PSTA has no ownership or control over Provider, Provider’s drivers, or Provider’s vehicles; and, (b) before receiving the PSTA Promo Code, the Provider App will require riders to acknowledge that such users understand and assume any and all risks associated with using the Provider App.

  • Except as expressly set out herein, you retain the sole right to determine when, where, and for how long you will utilize the Provider App or the Uber Services.

  • Portier Pacific and its Affiliates do not guarantee the availability or uptime of the Uber Services or Provider App.
