Provider Manager definition

Provider Manager means the legal entity, as disclosed in Attachment D, which has entered into this Agreement to provide services to Members of the HMO.
Provider Manager means the representative of the Provider with status as per Clause C2 as initially listed in Schedule 1 (Authorised Officer and Provider Manager Details) as the same may be replaced from time to time;
Provider Manager means the Provider’s member of staff who is authorised to deal with the Authorised Officer on behalf of the Provider.

  • Any dispute regarding a Party’s performance under this Agreement (a “Dispute”) will be initially referred to the Service Provider Manager and the Service Recipient Manager.

  • Service Provider may appoint a new Service Provider Manager or a new Service Provider Representative for any Service by providing Service Recipient with written notice thereof.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement.
