Provider Service definition

Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.
Provider Service means Provider’s hosted online service which may include Provider’s business process outsourcing service whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customersbusiness processes. Provider Service is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet. References in the Agreement to “BPO Service” shall mean “Provider Service”, as further described in the Solution Exhibit.
Provider Service means the person identified in clause A4.3 (Representatives) Provider IPR means any IPR owned or licenced to the Provider (other than by the Trust) that will be used by the Provider in the delivery of the Service, including Improvements Public Authority means as defined in section 3 of the FOIA.

Examples of Provider Service in a sentence

  • A claim form can be requested by calling the Member and Provider Service telephone number on the identification card during regular business hours.

  • The SAP Cloud Service may only be used (i) to process data for the purpose of providing the BPO Services and (ii) to access data created by the Provider Service or data processed by the Provider Service that is necessary to enable the functionalities of the Provider Service (referred to as a “Restricted License”).

  • The prescribing provider may obtain a form by visiting our Web site at XXXXXX.xxx or calling the Physician and Provider Service Center.

  • In the event modifications to the services provided are required by law for only the Service Recipient and such modifications increase the cost for Service Provider, Service Recipient that requires the modifications shall pay all the additional costs including the costs for the Service Provider.

  • In case of Unplanned Service Downtime with or without control of Service Provider, Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to send a notification to Customer informing Customer thereof.

More Definitions of Provider Service

Provider Service means each Heroku Element that Provider makes available to Customers pursuant to this Agreement.
Provider Service means high-speed internet services marketed and sold by Provider to Provider Customers, but managed, delivered and Deployed to Provider Customers by an Authorized Distributor, pursuant to an applicable agreement or terms of use between Provider and each such Provider Customer.
Provider Service means the Add-on(s), Buildpack(s), or Button(s) that Provider makes available to Customers pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Provider Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Provider panel means those providers with which a carrier contracts to provide health care services

  • Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Education service provider means an education management organization, school

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Provider Group means a medical group, independent

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Water Service means the procurement, treatment, and distribution of water for domestic use or any other purpose for which water can be used.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
