Providing Agency definition

Providing Agency means the agency responsible for providing day−to−day services for a child in treatment foster care which may be a county agency, a private child−placing agency or other human services agency.

  • The equipment and personnel of the Providing Agency shall be released from service and returned to the responding district by the commanding officer in charge of the operations as soon as conditions may warrant.

  • Awarding agency means (a) with respect to a grant, cooperative agreement, or cost reimbursement contract, the Federal agency, and (b) with respect to a subaward, the party that awarded the subaward.
