  • On receipt of the Subscriber Report from the Operator for the months in which SPN Distribution raises and receives Monthly License Fee on the basis of Provisional Invoices, the Parties shall conduct reconciliation between the Provisional Invoices raised by SPN Distribution and the actual Monthly License Fee payable by the Operator in accordance with the Subscriber Reports.
