Provisional List definition

Provisional List means the list, established pursuant to Article 56 of Chapter VI, containing the particulars of vessels that have been identified as having engaged in fishing activities, according to information received pursuant to Articles 52 to 55 or information received in reports pursuant to Article 57 of Chapter VI.
