Prox Account definition

Prox Account means the legal relationship established by and between an Accountholder and Bank pursuant to an Accountholder Agreement and with respect to which Bank agrees to extend open-end credit on the Prox Terms, and the Accountholder agrees to repay such credit, together with all Indebtedness owing thereunder from time to time and any current or future guaranties, security or other credit support therefor.
Prox Account shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Program Agreement.
