Proxy Service definition

Proxy Service means a service through which Provider, as the Registered Name Holder, licenses use of a Registered Name to a Customer in order to provide the Customer use of such Registered Name, and Provider’s contact information is displayed in the Registration Data Directory Service rather than the Customer’s contact information.
Proxy Service means the third-party voting service retained by each sub-manager if any.
Proxy Service means a third-party proxy voting service, currently Institutional Shareholder Services, a unit of RiskMetrics Group.

Proxy Service means a service through which Ascio license’s use of the Domain Name to You and Ascio’s contact information is displayed in the WHOIS or equivalent services rather than Your contact information;
