PRR Allocated Liabilities definition

PRR Allocated Liabilities means the Liabilities des- ignated as PRR Allocated Liabilities pursuant to Section 2.8 or Article VI, together with all Liabilities allocated to and the responsibility of PRR under any Ancillary Agreement.
PRR Allocated Liabilities shall have the meaning ascribed thereto under the 1997 Transaction Agreement.
