The Recipient shall develop a comprehensive Project Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PPMES) based on the monitoring and evaluation framework adopted under the PRSIP.
The Steering Committee shall operate within the framework of the coordinating and oversight vehicle established for the PRSIP and shall be responsible for: (a) the policy and strategic direction of the Project; (b) monitoring and reviewing Project implementation; and (c) providing necessary guidance as appropriate.
