Prudential Notes Agreement definition
Prudential Notes Agreement means that certain Note Agreement dated as of January 13, 1995, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the Petition Date, by and between MacSaver, The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Pruco Life Insurance Company.
