PSA STANDARD PREPAYMENT MODEL means the methodology set forth under "Mortgage Prepayment Models -- The PSA Standard Prepayment Model" in the "Uniform Practices for the Clearance and Settlement of Mortgage-Backed Securities and Other Related Securities of the Public Securities Association."
