PSC Software definition

PSC Software means collectively the Deployment Software, the Implementation Development Software, and the Development Software as set forth in Exhibit A. Additional software programs may be added as PSC Software to Exhibit A and this agreement pursuant to the Update Process.
PSC Software is defined in Section 8.3.
PSC Software means the PSC Enterprise Software, the PSC Facility Software and the PSC Special Services Software, collectively.

Examples of PSC Software in a sentence

  • QAD agrees not to remove or modify any PSC Trademarks service marks, logos and other indicia of source identity from the PSC Software.

  • There is no situation where an End User will need a PSC Software user license for the Application Bundle database but will not need an Application Bundle user license.

  • Any software that is proprietary to PSC that PSC uses or to which PSC provides Safeskin access ("PSC Software") and any tools or methodologies which are proprietary to PSC and used in connection with the activities contemplated by this Agreement ("PSC Tools"), including any modifications to any PSC Software and the PSC Tools, will be and remain the property of PSC, and Safeskin will have no rights or interests therein.

  • PSC Software shall consist of the following products, subject to availability as set forth in PSC’s life cycle policies.

  • There is no liability for licensors of the third party software embedded in the PSC Software.

  • PSC Software may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed by QAD to another party under this license.

  • PSC reserves the right to effect changes to or discontinue the sale of the PSC Software licenses in accordance with PSC’s product lifecycle policies, which may be amended from time to time without incurring any liability to QAD except that PSC shall maintain or service and/or provide a closely related successor version to a Current Release for no less than three (3) years from the date of release.

  • The foregoing states the sole remedy of QAD and the entire liability of PSC for any breach of the warranty as specified in this Section 10.1. Delivery of any Updates to the PSC Software shall not restart or otherwise affect the Warranty Period for the previously delivered copies.

  • Newco hereby consents to the installation of all PSC Software and PSC Tools that is already installed on hardware owned by Newco or its Affiliates on the Effective Date.

  • The implementation of the shipment of the PSC Software by QAD is at QAD’s sole discretion.


More Definitions of PSC Software

PSC Software means any Software owned by (as opposed to licensed to) PSC and used with the AMISYS System, including integration software developed by PSC.

Related to PSC Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
