PSI Business definition

PSI Business means the business operations of PSI as of the Effective Date.
PSI Business means the businesses now or formerly conducted by PSG, including the businesses of providing payment transaction processing and check risk management services to financial institutions and merchants.
PSI Business means the businesses conducted by the members of the PSI Group as of the Distribution Date.
