PTA Business means the research, development, manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of PTA Products, as conducted by the Covidien Group as of the date hereof.
Examples of PTA Business in a sentence
Purchaser acknowledges that it and its representatives have been provided adequate access to the personnel, properties, premises and records of the DCB Business and the PTA Business for such purpose.
For the avoidance of doubt, the DCB Business shall exclude the PTA Business.
