PTL Tripartite Agreement definition
PTL Tripartite Agreement means the agreement between GNI (UK), NGG and PTL to be entered into on or about the date of this Agreement;.
PTL Tripartite Agreement means the agreement between GNI (UK), NGG and PTL to be entered into on or about the date of this Agreement. Reasonable and Prudent Operator means a person acting, in good faith, to perform its contractual obligations and, in so doing and in the general conduct of its undertaking exercising that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced operator engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances. Regulatory Authority(ies) means Ofgem and/or the CER or any one or both of them as the case may be. Relevant EU Requirement means in relation to a Party a requirement for any agreement, cooperation or other arrangement between transmission system operators under any provision of an EU Code which is binding on that Party.
PTL Tripartite Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to it in recital J of this Agreement;
