PTO Benefits definition

PTO Benefits has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(c).
PTO Benefits means paid time off, vacation, and other accrued leave of absence benefits.

Examples of PTO Benefits in a sentence

  • To the extent that any member of the Behringer Group incurs any Damages with respect to any Liabilities for PTO Benefits with respect to any Manager Specified Employee (collectively, the “PTO Liabilities”), ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall indemnify such member of the Behringer Group with respect to such Damages.

  • In such an instance, the City shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as follows:  PTO Benefits as provided in Section 3(A).

  • At the Closing, Seller shall provide Purchaser with a credit against the amount of the Purchase Price of the Hired Employees PTO Benefits.

  • Payment of PTO Benefits shall be made upon approval by the Chief Executive Officer, or his designee.

  • In such an instance, the City shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pay and PTO Benefits as stated above.

  • Upon receipt of such funds, Purchaser shall, at its option, assume the obligation to provide and/or pay the Continuing Employees Accrued PTO Benefits to all Continuing Employees.

  • In such an instance, the City shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as follows:  PTO Benefits, as provided in Section 3(A), to be paid in a lump sum cash payment to the estate of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, calculated as of the date of his death.

  • In such an instance, the City shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pay and PTO Benefits as stated above.

  • Purchaser shall assume the obligations to provide and/or pay such Hired Employees the amount of Hired Employee PTO Benefits applicable to each Hired Employee.

  • The aggregate payment by Sellers for the Continuing Employees Accrued PTO Benefits shall be reduced by a credit equal to the consideration owed by Purchaser for the Acquired Assets as set forth on Exhibit E.
