Examples of PubCo Warrants in a sentence

  • At or prior to the Merger Effective Time, PubCo shall take all corporate action necessary to reserve for future issuance, and shall maintain such reservation for so long as any of the PubCo Warrants remain outstanding, a sufficient number of PubCo Ordinary Shares for delivery upon the exercise of such PubCo Warrants.

  • Any Person or Persons in whose name or names any Class A Shares or PubCo Warrants, as applicable, are issuable on any Redemption Date shall be deemed to have become, on such Redemption Date, the holder or holders of record of such shares or warrants.
