Public Amenity definition

Public Amenity has the meaning set forth in SECTION 30.4(a) hereof.
Public Amenity means any park, building, sports facility, swimming pool, public resort, nature reserve, zoo- logical, botanical or other garden , hiking trail, recreation ground or open space which is the property of the municipality.

Examples of Public Amenity in a sentence

  • All signage to be incorporated into the design of the Demised Premises and the Common Elements, and all lighting to be installed in connection therewith shall comply with the specific requirements of the DUO; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be responsible for signage and lighting relating to any Retail Space other than any Retail Space associated with the Public Amenity.

  • Tenant agrees and covenants that Tenant’s failure to construct, complete, open and maintain the Public Amenity during the PA Obligation Term in accordance with this Lease and the DUO shall be a default hereunder.

  • Should the Company request NSC to perform any services or act in any capacity not specifically addressed in this Agreement, such services or activities shall constitute separate engagements, the terms and conditions of which will be embodied in separate written agreement(s) and will include appropriate indemnification provisions.
