Public Date definition

Public Date means the date on which the Company shall have completed an initial public offering of its securities or shall through completion of a reverse merger transaction or otherwise have become a reporting company under the Exchange Act.
Public Date means, (a) for the purposes of paragraph (iii) above, the date on which the De-listing Event, the Insolvency Event or the Nationalisation Event is publicly announced, and (b) for the purposes of paragraph (iv) above, the date on which the market disruption constituting a Continued Market Disruption Event is publicly known. If any doubt arises in relation to such Public Date in respect of a Continued Market Disruption Event, such Public Date shall be determined by the Issuer in its sole discretion.
