Public Date means, (a) for the purposes of paragraph (iii) above, the date on which the De-listing Event, the Insolvency Event or the Nationalisation Event is publicly announced, and (b) for the purposes of paragraph (iv) above, the date on which the market disruption constituting a Continued Market Disruption Event is publicly known.
