Public Disturbance definition

Public Disturbance means any act causing an interruption of the public peace and quiet; the interference with a person who is in the pursuit of a lawful right or occupation; the interference with a lawful assembly of persons, or the irritation or incitement of an assembly, in whole or in part, or the direct endangerment of the safety of persons or property.
Public Disturbance means sources of sound when they unreasonably disturb or interfere with the peace, comfort and repose of property owners or possessors. (Ord. O20080001 (part))
