Public Hearings definition

Public Hearings means the public hearings to be conducted by the Board in accordance with this MOU;
Public Hearings means a meeting of Council convened to hear matters pursuant to any legislation which requires Council to hear interested parties or to afford them an opportunity to be heard before taking action, passing a by-law or making a decision;
Public Hearings means meetings of an administrative adjudicatory nature.
