Public Holder definition

Public Holder means any owner of a Public Security, but solely to the extent and in the capacity as owner of such Public Security, it being understood that no Public Holder who owns any other Equity Interest will be considered a Public Holder for purposes of such other Equity Interest.
Public Holder of securities of a company means a security holder who is not a director or officer of the company and who does not own or control, directly or indirectly, securities carrying more than 10% of the votes attached to all of the outstanding voting securities of the company;
Public Holder shall have the meaning specified in Section 18.03(b).
