Public Prosecutors definition

Public Prosecutors means: (i) the Office of the Attorney General of the State of California (the “Attorney General”), or alternatively; (ii) the District Attorney’s Offices for the Counties of Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, Fresno or Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (collectively, the “District Attorneys”), or any of the District Attorneys or the Attorney General, as the case may be, which acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions and obligations provided for in the Intervenor’s Settlement Agreement. Participation by the Public Prosecutors is not required to bind Defendants, Plaintiffs or the Intervenor to the terms of the Settlement.
