Public Realm Works definition
Public Realm Works means the Landscaping Planting Paving21 and the long-term management thereof to be carried out in accordance with the principles of the Public Realm Works Management Plan shown coloured [ ] for identification purposes only on Plan [ ] pursuant to the Section 278 Agreement
Public Realm Works means works to the Public Realm approximately consisting of the provision of 0.39ha of public space including but not limited to paving, benches, street furniture, street lighting to at least the same standard set out within the Council’s Streetscape Design Manual, bins, hard and soft landscaping, planting sufficient to establish effective habitat (at least 30% of which shall be native species), the creation of green corridors, the provision of routes through Plot H1, bollards to prevent vehicle access except emergency vehicles children’s play space designed in accordance with Play England’s
Public Realm Works means the: Landscaping27 and the long-term management thereof to be carried out in accordance with the principles of the Public Realm Works Management Plan shown coloured [ ] 27 Specific details to be included on a case by case basis 19 for identification purposes only on Plan [ ] pursuant to the Section 278 Agreement “Public Realm Works Management Plan" a detailed scheme for the laying out, provision and management in perpetuity of the Public Realm Land and Public Realm Works which shall have been approved by the Council; "Public Realm Works Sum" the sum of no less than £ ( pounds) toward the carrying out by the Owner of the Public Realm Works;
