Public Reporting. If so requested by Visit Orlando, the County, the Tourist Development Council, or the Sports Incentive Committee, Recipient shall conduct a presentation to such requestor following the Event which will include, but not be limited to, financial and program summaries of its activities and the Event.
Public Reporting. Promptly upon the filing thereof, Borrower shall deliver to Lender copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.
Public Reporting. The obligations in Sections 5.1(a) and (b) may be satisfied by furnishing, at the option of Holdings, the applicable financial statements as described above or an Annual Report on Form 10-K or Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Holdings for any Fiscal Year, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Promptly upon the filing thereof, Borrower Representative shall deliver to Agent and each Lender copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which any Borrower or any of such Borrower’s Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Agent and each Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.
Public Reporting. When issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents describing the project funded in whole or in part with Federal money, all Recipients receiving Federal funds, including but not limited to State , local, tribal governments and recipients of Federal research grants, shall clearly state: (1) the percentage of the total costs of the program or project which will be financed with Federal money; (2) the dollar amount of Federal funds for the project or program; and (3) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that is financed by nongovernmental sources.
Public Reporting. The obligations in Sections 5.1(a) and (b) may be satisfied by furnishing, at the option of Enova, the applicable financial statements as described above or an Annual Report on Form 10-K or Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Enova for any Fiscal Year, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Public Reporting. Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of all regular and periodic reports, proxy statements and other materials, if any, filed by any Borrower with the SEC, or with any national securities exchange, or distributed to the public stockholders of MTLM.

Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of (i) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements and prospectuses, if any, filed by Borrower with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental or private regulatory authority, and (ii) all press releases and other statements made available generally by Borrower to the public concerning material developments in the business of Borrower;

The obligations in Sections 5.1(b) and (c) in respect of Parent’s financial statements may be satisfied by furnishing, at the option of the Company, the applicable financial statements as described above or Parent’s Annual Report on Form 10-K or Parent’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, as filed with the SEC, as applicable;
Public Reporting. After the consummation of the Initial Public Equity Offering, the obligations in Sections 5.1(b) and (c) in respect of Holdings’ financial statements may be satisfied by furnishing, at the option of Holdings, the applicable financial statements as described above or Holdings’ Annual Report on Form 10-K or Holdings’ Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, as filed with the SEC, as applicable;
