Public Repository definition

Public Repository means a repository where Content is visible to all End Users.
Public Repository or "repository" means an institution that permanently houses and provides curatorial services for scientific or historical collections and records for the benefit of the public.
Public Repository means the final digital repository in the Cornell eCommons Library.

Related to Public Repository

  • National Repository means any Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository for purposes of the Rule.

  • Central Repository means the repository responsible for the receipt, consolidation, and retention of all information reported to the CAT pursuant to SEC Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan.

  • Repository means each National Repository and each State Repository.

  • Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.
