Public Users means members of the general public who have been granted access to certain publically accessible portions of the TownCloud System (as described in the Documentation) as determined and controlled by Customer.

Public Users are all other Users. They cannot change anything in the Database except about themselves or they need information stored in the Database for authentication, such as a password. They are often constituents who are in your Database. So, Users who change their own address, sign up for a meeting or send you money, are Public Users. Public Users are also only used in iMIS 15.x

Public Users means individuals/consumers that consume and/or are customers of the Customer’s services.

• Where the Private party, in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, is provided with personal Information relating to Public Users the Private party shall not disclose or make use of any such information other than for the purpose for which it was provided, unless the Private party has obtained the prior written consent of that Public User and has obtained the prior written consent of the Contracting Authority.

• When Customer uploads or provides Customer Data to Company’s SaaS, Customer grants to Company a perpetual non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, and translate the Client Data as needed in response to Company’s use of the SaaS Services, or otherwise use by Public Users.

• Purchaser may not permit the use of the Hosted Software Service by any person other than the authorized Purchaser Users and Public Users or other authorized sublicensees as defined in the Agreement.

• Purchaser may permit the use of the Software only by Purchaser Users and Public Users and may not otherwise sublicense or permit the use of the Software by any other person.

• Except as expressly provided for herein, the access to and use of the Platform by a Public User shall be governed by the Public User Terms as between Provider and such Public User(s).

• Newsletter Subscriber means a Website Public Users who register him/herself for opting to receive updates, newsletters, or other forms of communication from the website.
