Applications which were submitted to the MOE before this guideline has been published will be assessed under the previously applicable guidelines: Publication NPC-205 – Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 1 and 2 Areas (Urban) and/or Publication NPC-232 – Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 3 Areas (Rural).
