PUBLICATION RELEASE. This release serves as a formal authorization for Calvary Christian School to publish photos of your student(s) for use in advertising, personal recognition, or student accomplishment, in the Rapid City Journal, on our school’s website, the school/pta members only Facebook page, and other forms of advertising designed by the school for its promotion. Our school will not publish names or personal information, except on such occasions when recognizing student accomplishments, such as Honor Roll and Christian Character awards.

  • Referral Announcement refers to a process by which calls are routed to an announcement that states the new telephone number of an End User.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Release Agreement A Release Agreement as defined in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement.
