Media Company hereby grants to Agency, its Affiliates and their third- party service providers, during the Term, a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive and fully revocable, license to access, format, host, maintain, display, modify and use the Media Company Data for the purpose of providing the Publisher Services to Media Company.
Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, Media Company will not acquire any rights to all updates and new versions, improvements and development of the Publisher Services, BI, aggregated data and statistics extracted from the Publisher Services, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Agency.
