Publisher Services definition

Publisher Services has the meaning set out in the Term Sheet; “Publisher Website” means the Publisher’s website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx;
Publisher Services means services offered by a Publisher for the distribution of the Advertisement on either their Property or a third-party Property with the necessary authorization.
Publisher Services will have the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
